i have been reading a few articles on sociopaths, and i have all the mannerisms of a sociopath, on most or even all articles it says that there is no help for sociopaths, I'm frightened i do not want to be this way, but I do not care of the consequences of my actions, right now my actions are mild or maybe moderate, but I know I am headed to a more severe road of self-destruction, my question to you is, is there anything i can do to stop this from happening? is there anything i can do to change my behavior?
Try cognitive psychotherapy.
The fact that you think about these things and want to do something about them shows that you are not a complete sociopath. When you encounter a situation where you have a tendency to behave like a sociopath, think "What would a mature person do in this situation".
