Dear Sir,
I have been suffering from avoidant personality disorder for the past 24 years and I am living with it, I am 34 and I need some answers.
I am fully conscious of my situation and I am unable to get out of it. However, one thing that annoy me most is that I cannot stop my body from trembling when I am close to another person(for example when I am in a bus). I think, If I can overcome that one, I will be able to overcome the other symptoms, can you help me on this subject, please?
