Hi there

I went to see a psychiatrist yesterday for the first time as I felt that my body was not coping under the pressure and stresses that I am facing. He prescribed EPITEC 25mg and when I read the leaflet is mentioned epilepcy, this has me very concerned as when I asked him what the medication was for he said 'to get my revs down'? Can you please explain this

The same medicine can often help with different kinds of problems. The fact that a medicine can help with epilepsy does not mean that it cannot have other uses. But I do not know particularly about how Epitec can help.
