hello,
I am a 19 yr old male and once i have ejeculated i can no longer get an erection right after. why is that and is there anything that i can do?

That is normal, many men cannot have sex again immediately after ejaculation. An average young man only has sex every second or third day, this number becomes greater with increasing age.
