marriage and sex

I am a 29 year old man and my wife is 26 years old. when we were in love we promised to have sex only after marriage. I was virgin and never touched any girl or woman, and she also said she is virgin but she had boy friends i think 3 whom she broke up.at first i could not believe she is virgin but later i believed as she did never tell me lies on anything.we are married almost 7 months ago.we both enjoy all sort of before sex things and have no problems but every time she is not ready to have sex, she says it pain to make love or have sex, for the first time. i try to to ease her and she too try but very little, i am very upset and not happy with my sex life. i love her so much and care a lot about her. i am still virgin and i cant sleep well at nights. some times i think she lied me telling she is virgin too or is it really difficult for a virgin girl to make love? please suggest me to keep my marriage everlasting.

It can be painful for a woman the first time. If she wants to have intercourse with you, but is afraid of the pain, she can have a small surgery done by a gynecologist.

I think you should listen to your wife's wishes.

Letter from a reader: Listen to his wife's wishes? They've been married 7 months and the poor guy is still a virgin! I think he's been respecting his wife's wishes--God knows that takes a lot of self control. Maybe it's time she gave something up for him. First of all, it'll only hurt the first few times at most, and secondly, if she's really that scared of it, she can get the hymen removed.
