Hi i am recently wondering why i have gained almost 50 pounds in a short time of period ruffly in 3-4 months.I usally eat the same foods everyday i dnt eat alot of fatty foods ona reg day basis.I havent chnaged my life i do everything the same pretty much everyday and every weekend.I am not stressed out i dnt think.I am very happy with my kids,partner and life.I find with this weight put on it is harder to do things.I want to know how i can get back to what i was and the weight i was ruffly around 145 150?
