Dear doctor, i am a young man of 26. i have been masturbting since i was 13. i had some problems, like nervous weakness, can't concentrate, lazy in study and other activity, i think its becasue i live in a society where sex is considered too bad. Now i fear some problems like, premature ejaculation, etc will affect me after marriage. how can i cope with it?
