dear doctor
from last few months i am facing this problem and i am very much stressed
i cant go alone if i am company (specially pepole who supports me) i am comfarotable and go places with but if was told go alone at limited area i can go but after that fear that i may get fear and i always try to g o home
i can go to office(which is not very much far from my home) but with the use of vehicle i always fear if i got panic attack on the road then what i will do i always try to go home i fell fear of without reason(as twice i got panic) and this thing do not go out of mind please help me
