Question: I weigh 86 kilos and I know how I ought to live in order to feel well. I know that I ought to exercise, but I don't. I know that I ought to eat fish, salads and vegetables, but I don't. I eat sandwiches and ice cream instead. What is wrong with me. Have I got a weak character? I loathe being fat and I want to lose at least 20 kilos.

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat. Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
