Question: I have often slimmed down, but as soon as I begin to eat again it doesn't take many month to regain even more than I had lost. As long as I go down everything feels enjoyable and exciting and when I reach my objective I know I should only eat with moderation, but this is where I fail. After having refrained from cakes and sandwiches for several months I am crazy about food. The result of many repetitions of this procedure is that I have gradually gone up. What can I do in order to maintain my lower weight after the next slimming cure?
