Question: I have a problem with my eating habits. I can't eat more than one proper meal per day. If I eat breakfast, I can't eat dinner. Snacks are out of the question. I can't help that I am like this. If I eat any other way I worry about how much I will gain weight. Sometimes I even vomit without putting my fingers in my throat. It is no fun to be like this. It wasn't so previously. I hope you have some good advice to give me.
