Question:

Hello, I am a 20 year old who just had a child 4mos ago. He died a day after he was born. I admit that I was depressed and got prescribed anti-depressant pills. But I still feel like my brain was a turgid liquid. Tell me about coping with grief and depression. What shall I do?
