What is QuickAsk? How does the natural-language question-answering system used by Web4Health work?

Answer:
The natural-language question-answering system used by Web4Health works by matching questions against templates. Each answer has one or more templates, which matches different variants of questions, for which this answer is appropriate. The templates are constructed so that variations in the questions, like use of synonyms or word order, will still give a match.

Web4Health provides answers in this way in the area of psychology and psychiatry and healthy living.
