Abstract:

Some people get a feeling of satisfaction by drinking water, and such people may easier lose weight if they drink water instead of some of their eating.

Question:

Can you slim by drinking water?

Answer:

Since a person with an eating disorder doesn't have a clear view about what is what when physical sensations and feelings are concerned it is common that they make mistakes, and because of that they do not respond in an adequate way to the needs of the body. It is usual for them to eat for other reasons than physical hunger, i.e. thirst, tiredness, stress and boredom. In such cases, drinking water istead of eating can help losing weight.
