Abstract:
Ice cream can, of course, be eaten occasionally in moderation and on condition that it does not start an attack of compulsive eating. Here are two healthy ice cream recipes.

I like ice cream very much. Can I eat it even if I want to slim?
Answer:
A new attitude towards food is needed if one is to succeed with permanent weight reduction or be free from bulimia and compulsive eating. One must attend to the nutritional content and not only be guided by taste. Try to scorn food with poor nutritional content and learn to like good meals with plenty of greens and fish. More.

Pour yoghurt into a plastic mug or other suitable vessel and put a teaspoon in. Place in the freezer.
Choose yoghurt with your favourite flavour.

Mix frozen, lightly thawed bananas, a packet of frozen berries and some milk in a food processor and set on high power.
This soon produces a fluffy, delicious berry ice cream which is best when freshly made.
