Shopping Spree Prevention: It is difficult for many people to resist temptation. That's why we buy things we don't need. However, if you are aware of the tactics being used, it's easier to avoid the traps.

Question:

Why do I Buy Things I do not Need? Give me advice on shopping spree prevention.

Answer:

The shops are exploiting human weakness. A tempting display of easily visible merchandise makes it difficult for many people to resist temptation. However, if you are aware of the tactics being used, it's easier to avoid the traps.

Those with eating disorders are more affected by their environment and as a consequence are more easily tempted.
